Too heavy

this nailer is the 2nd product i bought from your company, which i do like and i have used it alot. i'm sure that the wrench will give me good and long service. i have not used the nailer as of yet,but when i do i am hoping that i get the same as i have with the wrench. to bad it did not come with a nice case as did the wrench, cool!!!. did i mention that the nailer is a little heavy?

does the job

I am a homeowner and I always used air nail guns, but in my real work (auto technician) I used a lot of battery-operated impact guns and ratchets. I have a motor home and I needed to do some woodwork inside and I was reluctant to run a hose to it. So I tried one before from Amazon, was cheap, and stopped working the second time I pull the trigger.
So I ordered this brad nailer, it is heavy if I compare it with an air nailer, but definitive does the job. It did take me a short while to get used to it and learn how to adjust it. A plus when I don't work in the "comfort" of my "small" shed and I don't have to run a long hose or carry a small noisy compressor

Too many smashed brads. Crown staples worked well.

It worked very well with crown staples. The problem did not occur. From this I suspect there was a small misalignment in the head of the unit and the when it was in position all was well. When it was out of alignment the crushed brads occurred. It is very likely that the 'new' version has alleviated the problem

Great nailer.

First time user on a battery powered nailer. Works fantastic when you get the right angle to engage the safety. Really love the belt clip when working on a ladder but have to tape the switch on trigger single fire. When clipping on belt it moves to push to fire all the time. Should have put that switch on other side. Minor issue but love it. Gets a little heavy when working on crown molding, but it is a great tool.

Easy to use, good value

This is my first experience with tools but I was impressed. The kit included everything I needed to get started (even sample brads and staples). The battery charged quickly and the instruction manual is helpful and easy to understand. With just a little practice on scrap wood, I was up and running in short order and finished installing the railing in one evening (including cutting, trimming, caulking, etc.). Im sure that would have taken much longer if I had tried to do it with finishing nails and a hammer!

I really appreciated not having to drag around an air hose or electrical cord. The nailer is a little heavier than I expected (keep in mind that I had never used one before!) but well within my capability to handle it and I am an older woman with only moderate upper body strength.
